By accessing mohakash.live or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
SK. Matrook Islam provides freelance software development services including, but not limited to: web applications, desktop software, ERP/CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, APIs, and WordPress development. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis as agreed in writing.
2. Project Inquiries
Submitting a project inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding agreement. A formal project commences only after both parties agree in writing to a detailed scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
3. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables developed specifically for your project.
- Open-source libraries, frameworks, and third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
- I retain the right to display the completed project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are defined in the individual project agreement.
- Typically a deposit of 30–50% is required before work begins.
- Final delivery is made upon receipt of remaining payment.
- Late payments may result in work suspension.
5. Revisions and Changes
A reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope are included. Changes that extend the scope of work may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
6. Confidentiality
I treat all project details, business information, and data shared by clients as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software.
8. Warranty
I warrant that delivered software will function as specified in the agreed scope for 30 days after final delivery. Bug fixes within this period are provided at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party services, hosting environments, or changes made by the client.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced. The deposit is non-refundable if work has already commenced.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
11. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
